In order to maintain a non-for profit status, MPRI will have to plow some bucks into free/almost free care. Healthcare is a business and has to maintain a bottom line to be viable. So, they need to make the bucks on the so-called "light" cases to fund the more complex cases. I want to take a deep breath and be able to exhale without hyperventilating.
